Soul Retrieval
Through one trauma or another, we chose to give
up, or
separate ourselves off from bits and pieces of our "Soul Self" (our
light, power, consciousness, love, intelligence, etc.). This
is an ongoing dissociative process that may happen instantaneously - if
the trauma was severe enough - as seen from childhood physical and/or
sexual abuse... or progressively - over many assorted traumas accrued
over many life time on many different
levels/dimensions.
It is in the nature of the universe to abhor a vaccume (even a spiritual energetic one), and thus, when we fracture, isolate, divest or separate ourselves from our soul,
in
its place (in those areas we vacate), we will tend to attract the
energies and consciousnesses of other beings (for there are many out
there who, like you, are looking for spaces outside their own to
escape into).
On Spirits side, there is a lot involved in this soul retrieval healing work, but basically, your personal space needs
to be first cleared out in order for any part of your Soul Self to come back
into, for the soul cannot return, in whole or part, if there is
anything occupying that space (the light and dark cannot occupy the
same space and time - one or the other has to give). So its not just
about calling ones soul back in, but also removing from your energy field (on one level of another) all that which is
not of you, blocking the integration. In a nutshell,
this is what soul retrieval is all about.
Soul
Retrieval
Spirit journeys into the infinity of the space time continuum... into
the hidden, dark, shadowy nether regions of the "Underworld"... into
the timeless and remote dimensions of the "Dream Time"... collecting
and returning to you those lost, split off, discarded, sold, abandoned,
neglected, forgotten bits and pieces of your Soul... including your
gifts, your light, your wisdom, your knowledge, your power.... Etheric
DNA strand restoration and rewiring naturally occurs as the soul is
integrated back into the matrix of the whole.
When I say,
“the infinity of the space time continuum”, I mean
that lost bits of the self may even be trapped in some "Past" or
"Future" multi-dimensional "time warp". There are even cases where it
is not "Where" or "When" your being may reside, but in "Who". A part of
you could have been given up (or stolen) from yourself, only to be
lodged within another entity, held ransom to their slightest whim (see
exorcisms). Your energies, even segments of your consciousness may be
incorporated and used or abused by other beings. Perhaps this is what
psychologists today describe as "co-dependency" (a modern day
explanation for an ancient known condition).
The
Shamans Task
In a "Soul Retrieval", my Spirit is projected to where those bits and
pieces of your Soul are lodged, and proceeds to free them up so that
they may be reintegrated into your human self. There is not one session
I exclusively label as "Soul Retrieval" work, since aspects of this
healing method are incorporated into many of the sessions I offer. I
have also dispensed with using the conventional or traditional methods
of shamanic soul retrieval (such as ceremony, drumming, drugs or
hallucinogens) as I have found them to be superfluous - my Spirit
achieves just as good if not better results without their use.
Benefits
of Soul Retrieval Work
Like any of the healing work I offer, results or "benefits" depend on
how many segments of the work you do. It's all pretty subtle
stuff most of the time, but if you do enough of it, you are sure to
notice the differences in yourself (eventually). Some people sense the
changes in their space right away, others it may take a few days, or
weeks... all depends. If you don't notice any changes, others more
objective certainly will. No matter, if you do this work, you will be
changed. Again, how much is just a matter of how many segments you do.
Though Soul
Retrieval mostly occurs on the higher dimensions of consciousness and
energy (in the higher chakras), it does resonate with and have a latent
affect on the physical body, lower energies and chakras (so there is
going to be a shift in your being, regardless of you feeling or being
aware of it).
The
benefits of doing the Soul Retrieval work is like switching from using
a small antenna to cable or satellite - one day when you are surfing
along with your remote control you will discover you have access to all
these new channels (but if you don't watch TV, or don't play with the
remote.. you will not notice it). In other words, Soul Retrieval
unleashes hidden treasures (or channels) of the Soul that have been
locked away, so that what has been previously out of mind and out of
reach is now present in your energy consciousness field. Whether you
are immediately aware of this is not the concern - but it will be there
when you need it. It would be nice if there was some dramatic
experiences (or phenomenon) to think back on to rally your faith in the
work (and in certain cases, this is provided) but indicators of
immediate results may be a bit more difficult to track since these
particular healings affect levels of your being that are often far
removed from your physical spatial awareness. This does not discount
the importance of this healing, oh no... it still fills a very
important space in you, like a jig saw puzzle or chemical formula or
baking recipe... sometimes missing one piece or ingredient makes all
the difference.
An
Image of the Absent Soul
When
parts of the Soul are absent, the sense is that there is an empty space
in the energy field.... like when you remove a picture that has
been on the wall for
years, and you notice the faded paint in silhouette. Or, imagine if the
Soul was a "Grand Palace".. but now looking through its windows, one
only sees empty rooms.
The
Soul is like this elaborate crystalline matrix floating around ones
head. Some branches or points are well developed and full with facets
the color of the rainbow... others are not so developed, or are
even missing. There
could be tens, hundreds, thousands, maybe even millions of these
branches in a souls matrix... yet as long as one branch is undeveloped
or missing, the whole is somehow out of balance,
and the picture is incomplete. Like missing pieces in a jig saw
puzzle - the final image may be hinted at (if enough of the pieces are
present), but what remains is the feeling "there must be more".
Soul
retrieval work returns the missing pieces of the self to where
they once were, as the empty rooms of ones inner being fill in,
and the light of the self starts to shine stronger and stronger through
the palace "windows of the soul".
From
inside the rooms or "chambers" of the Soul, there are these many
windows
where one can peer into other dimensions. There are also many doorways
where one can ascend or descent into other dimensions, and once
entered, each dimension will be experienced as a unique energy and with
a unique consciousness, each holding sacred knowledge and
hidden mysteries. The more one can become multi-faceted and
multi-dimensional
in this way (having more or all of ones soul branches/rooms) the more
one can be internally free and whole, but the more one can also be of
greater service to others (in what ways, this is unique to each soul).
We are all
like enormous mansions, yet in some of us, there are areas in our
domain that have been neglected over many years, waiting to be restored
to its original splendor. Out of fear (or was it ignorance) some of
these rooms have been closed off with steel shutters and elaborate
locks, keys thrown far away or lost. Who knows what treasures lay on
the other side? It’s been too long to remember. Isn't that a
mystery worth exploring?
More Information on the Soul
The
Hawaiian Priests or "Kahunas" - which means "Those who hold
the Secrets of the Soul" - teach that there are 3 parts of the
Soul or 3 aspects of the Divinity in One:
The High or
Super-Conscious Self - our "Spiritual Parent" who dwells in the higher
dimensions of consciousness that exist above our heads and is connected
to the Inner Child through the heart - that knowing part of us.
The Middle
or Conscious Self - our "Ego Mind” that judges, makes
decisions, analyzes, conceptualizes and rationalizes – that
thinking part of us.
The Low or
Sub-Conscious Self - our "Inner Child" that is the
incarnation/manifestation/extension of the High Self on this physical
earth plain - that emotional, feeling, sensing part of us.
These 3
categories could also be generally interpreted according to the
Christian religion as “The Father, Son and Holy
Ghost/Spirit”, or in the Hindu religion as "Sat Chit Ananda"
- translated as "Truth Consciousness Bliss".
This
healing work addresses all these areas
Resistance
There are many cases when one cannot access
the High Self because you are not wanting to do so... especially if you
are in the habit of exclusively listening to your ego-mind (which has
the attitude "my will be done" vs. "Gods will be done"). The High Self
- being the ultimate authority figure/parent - often tells our human
self things that it (and the ego-mind) just does not want to hear,
least of all do. If you are in rebellion and resistant to the authority
of your High Self, you are going to do everything you can to shut that
connection down and off. The unfortunate thing is that, if at a later
date you have a change of heart, you have already installed between you
and your Higher Self, so many layers of resistances in the form of
energetic blocks, walls, and distortions.
The
connection and relationship between your various selves has been
damaged and severed and you will not be able to (on your own accord)
heal them. If this is your situation, it is imperative that you receive
the "Soul Retrieval" work.
There are
many cases when the human self has such a severe mistrust of its own
High Self – that it is not willing or is
“resistant” to make such a connection. In those
instances, it is common to see many energetic and psychic blocks,
walls, distortions, and interference patterns created and installed
between the human and its Higher Self. These
“resistances” can be felt as heat, irritation,
anger, fear, judgment, negative thoughts, denial, confusion,
obstinacy... and so many more. Speaking of "resistance", how do you
feel with what I have said so far? Are you now or have you in the past
felt any of these things? Of course you have... it’s part of
the human condition. To some degree or another, we all are in
resistance to change. Life tends to bring these things up in us so that
we are forced to experience them - this is how we spiritually evolve
and ascend from out of the density and limitation of our lives. This is
one reason why many of us came here to this planet in the first place -
to “Evolve” and “Ascend” (it
certainly was the epitome of Jesus’ life).
When you
are feeling resistance, the important thing is your attitude about it:
do you try to avoid and run from that which brings this up in you (thus
slowing or stopping your healing process) or do you accept it as an
opportunity that will bring you greater freedom, expansion, ascension,
evolution?
Jesus said
something to the effect like “”Do not resist...
evil” and "if you have the ears to hear and the eyes to
see... you will hear the truth and see the light". I interpret
this to mean that when you do not have any "resistances" (can you
imagine - life without filters?) the "Truth" will come to you clearly
and directly and you will experience "Life" abundantly and deeply.
Conflict
The Heart gives us “Feeling” - the Soul gives us
“Knowing”.
When a
person relinquishes their Heart, it’s often done in reaction
to something so discomforting and painful that you don’t want
to “feel” it.
Rejecting
ones soul diminishes your ability to have a
“conscious” and be “aware”.
Essentially,
these are the basic reasons “Why” a person gives up
their heart and soul – pain and awareness of pain. So to ask
of the person to take up their “Cross” - to be
aware and feel again - is a tall order. It’s no wonder why so
many people are in conflict about doing this Soul Retrieval work
– one starts to feel and know again – something the
ego-mind is trying to prevent us from doing.
Within our
heart there resides the “still small voice within”
- the "Divine Spark" - the “Consciousness of God” -
always beckoning us to do the “right thing”, be in
harmony with all life, be at one with our Soul. However, there is
another part of us - the ego-mind self – that
doesn’t want to hear any of that. It wants to maintain its
dominance and control, and is fighting to keep the distances intact. We
are potentially, in this sense, our own worst enemy.
The
conflict between these parts of us can be fierce. It may not be
apparent at first, but when you first indicate an interest in healing
work, this ego-mind part of you starts to get worked up and tries to
find excuses and distractions to throw your way, to take you off this
track. It can become quite insidious, and even enlist the aid of other
beings who are equally opposed to the Light (consciousness of your
soul) and to Love (feeling in your heart). Resolution occurs when you
either succumb to your ego-mind and its bidding, or move through its
resistances and do the healing work. The first may seem to be the easy
way, but your ego is still running the show of your life (and you will
still remain unaware and be numbed out). If you do the healing work its
not going to be easy, but you will start to live again - fully aware
and feeling.
The
Absent High Self
Since the High Self dwells
within the higher
dimensions, there are occasions where it may be so fully engaged in
certain activities on those levels (often involving karmic or
contractual obligations) that it may be totally absent from you during
your earthly incarnation. In these instances, I do what work is
required to free your Higher Self from these entanglements so that it
may be present with you, and in turn, that you may be able to access
the Light, Wisdom, Knowledge and Guidance of this Higher Self. Until
the time you get this healing... your human self will compensate.
If you find
yourself missing or not in full contact with your own Higher Self, you
are just not going to be running on all cylinders - there will be
something “off” about you (maybe seen in your
timing) and you are not going to be fully present in life. In order to
compensate for this loss, you may have a tendency (or compulsion) to
fill this emptiness with the external approval and validation of others
– from those who represent or symbolize the qualities of your
High Self... such as those who are in authority, have power, fame and
fortune (the gurus, politicians, movie stars and moguls). This is
understandable, for we are all seeking wholeness in whatever way we can
find it.
If you find
that your Higher Self is way off in the distance (doing whatever)...
absent and far removed from your space, your lower self may call in
other spirit beings to step in to take their place (sort of like
spiritual step parents). These other beings may give you some spiritual
guidance, but this guidance - since it is not coming from your own
being - may not necessarily be in full accordance with your soul agenda
or truth. It is not that these beings are going to be a bad influence
on you (though they might), but they are never going to be a perfectly
substitute for your own High Self – and they will never be
able to channel to you your own authentic voice, vibration, energy, or
consciousness.
The
ultimate agenda of the Great Spirit is to help you be you. When your
own High Self is speaking or singing or writing or moving through you
as you, it’s like experiencing a whole new dimension of
completeness. And this is actually a much more miraculous (and more
difficult) thing to accomplish – so much more important than
making you a channel for some other spirit entity (no matter how
great). There is a big difference. The goal of all spiritual healing is
not to make you into someone else - it’s to make you more you
- that you may be fully present and complete on all levels in this one
body. That's the "Big Plan".
Integrity
Ever since
we as a species have had to struggle to survive over the competing
forces of nature ... throughout all our past lives existing on this (or
another) planet and/or dimension... as individual souls experiencing
life - from birth, childhood, adulthood, old age to death... we have
had to compromise our souls integrity (what we feel in our heart is
right and true) to those more powerful beings who have been (or still
are) in controlling positions over our lives ("compromise", as in to
barter, trade or outright "sell our soul"). Since it is in the human
nature to follow the examples shown us (good or bad) learning and doing
what we know (even if distorted) we tend to perpetuate dysfunction by
becoming co-conspirators in similar behavior, further teaching and
enlisting others in our vicious games, as the cycle of victim and
perpetrator continues....
The
Fall from Grace
The Soul is
made up of little and big links in a long chain that is our conscious
and energetic connection to God (some say these links are, on the
physical level, the DNA strands missing from our genetic makeup). If we
lose just one link on our Soul chain, our spiritual perspective
narrows... eventually we will lose sight of the "Big Picture". Thus
began the "Fall from Grace" - that slippery slope leading away from our
"State of One-ness".
To lose even a small portion (one link) of
ones soul has the effect of distorting messages we receive, till one
loses the ability to clearly hear and determine what is right and
wrong, and the moral ground of knowing what is up and down....
As the way becomes less and less clear, we
begin to lose trust in our guiding compass - our spiritual connection
to God - and we become less secure in our selves and our place in the
universe. And when the lower "Inner Child Self" feels more and more
disconnected, the fears and insecurities take a life all their own (in
the form of an ever growing "Ego Persona") as the egos impulse for
survival will compel us to all sorts of behaviors we would not normally
do, in order to reconnect us (albeit in a round about and distorted
way) if not to the real, than to an illusion of the higher self,
generated by the Ego (which has now become our Gods, our substitute
spiritual parents).
Since we have fallen so far from such
elevated heights, our climb back up to God will be Herculean,
formidable, heroic, staggering... and will take time.
Self
Empowerment
People talk
all the time to me about doing the healing on their selves.
“Why do I need to work with you when I can heal
myself?” they say. Yes, there are a few areas that you can do
some healing on yourself, but this is not one of them.
Beyond is the door that opens up into the
Kingdom.
You may stare all you want through the keyhole
but you have given up the key.
Healing comes from Spirit - Higher Self is
the Key.
Spirit is like a cookie jar filled with
goodies. It is sitting very high up on a shelf, perhaps out of sight.
Maybe you don't even know there is a cookie jar (having never seen it)
and you are a child wondering where the sweeties are. You could go
wandering all over the house and never discover it, and your own
parents are no where to be found. If you are not too proud (or scared)
you could ask some other person (who is taller and bigger than you) for
help. But if the jar is locked up or the lid is screwed on tight, you
would need help again from this big person to open it up. Then you
could reach in and get the goodies... yum yum!
